It is important that you note whether the TGAS registered trader is a GGF Member company or a FENSA registered firm. This is because your complaint will go to the GGF Conciliation Scheme if the TGAS trader is a Member of the GGF, or to the FENSA Complaints process if the TGAS trader is a FENSA registered firm.

Please contact the GGF if your trader is a GGF member company or FENSA if your trader is a FENSA registered firm, using the contact details on this page. Where your trader is a GGF member company which is also in FENSA, please contact the GGF.
